Last Sunday was a busy day for football and hockey fans at our house.  I knew that by the time the Penguins game started at 7, I wanted dinner to be done.  So, I found this soup on Pinterest and I'm so glad I did.  Mark says I can make it once a week it's so good.  I also made Ranch Croutons to sprinkle on top.
